Snowy and so cold here also. I can't believe that it is really spring and almost Easter. I can remember easters when the kids could go out and look for eggs without freezing. Feel sorry for the little ones this year! I am sooo ready to head for California and Hawaii!

Not tooo toooo bad here...was a high of 47 today...just a little "chill" in the air..but enough to still wear a freakin' WINTER COAT!! I want Winter To GOOOO AWAY! Yuck..Poohey.. |

YAY LISA! The Winter Coat Was PUT AWAY TODAY!! YOWWW!! It was incredible today...LET THE SUNSHINE IN! YOWWW!! Great for Egg Huntin'...the kids had a blast!! Then we they went to shoot ROCKETS...TO REACH THOSE STARS BABY!!! Freakin' Awesome out...High 50's... Really Great for all of us here in ILLINOIS!! Hope it was for all my Cher Buddies out there too!! I can't tell you how good it was to SEE THAT SUN!! OH, and the FLOWERS ARE A POPPIN' TOO!!  Just beautiful!! Waxed my Jag...and my honey made the dinner!! NOW THAT'S A KEEPER!!  OWWW!! Ham Dinner...nummm...Love that Man!! HAPPY EASTER BUDDIES! ;D |

Sunny here, but still a bit chilly. During the past few days it actually hasn't been too cold out, and has given the snow and ice a chance to melt down some, but we still have quite a bit of snow. Ohwell...I can feel that Spring is really here...it has been warm enough to make our driveway muddy (but freezes up in the evening ofcourse), which in a way is a good sign I suppose! Been in the 40's for the past few days I think. On Friday it was actually warm enough at one point to go without a jacket and I wore shorts when I went to work out at the gym. Even had to put the windows down in my car when I was drving around! But then that afternoon I was drving a couple of friends to the mall and it was snowing in some places along the way...yuck! Just flurries, but man oh man...I don't wanna see anything white falling from the sky! Heard tomorrow is supposed to be messy out...freezing rain and possibly snow....POOH! Just finally getting used to seeing some grass peeking out and the birds just a chirping away...  Julie |

Nope not here, rotten weather!!! Very cold and raining, it is really bitter out there!!! Had my winter coat on plus a sweatshirt jacket underneath, that damm coat Di, LOL!!!! Good you got to bury yours for now, LOL..  |

Sun was out but it was chilly. My sister had us bring the "Korn hole" game over to her house (a fancy bean bag toss with boards) to play outside. There were a few "BRAVE" souls who took off their coats...including my Pat..who will probably be sick this week; but, it really wasn't that warm. I think it only reached about 46 or so. Friday was a much nicer day, with lots of sunshine and you could drive with your window down a bit. I am so ready for spring and warm weather...I am starting to feel like my winter coat is my second skin.

Oh I'm so sorry Buddies...LET THE SUNSHINE IN!! ;D We had 70's today!! WHOHOOO!! My flowers are poppin up...TULIPS WILL BE EVERYWHERE SOON! Was absolutely gorgeous out today...and I was ONE HAPPY WOMAN! Looks like your RAIN is comin' my way though tomorrow...Hope not...but they say we are due...Glad it's been nice for SPRING BREAK! Yesterday, March 31 it was soooo cold here, that when I got home from work I put on sweats! Not sure if it wanted to snow or rain, a real dark and yuggy day. Today so far looks so much better...not sure what the temp is but at least it is sunny. Di, hope our tulips and daffodils start coming up soon. Matt did say that some of his flowers are starting to show, so hope spring is coming soon! So hard to shop for Hawaii clothes when it is sooo cold out!!! LOL!

When ya goin' Dee?? Because yeah, I hear ya there Girlie...I had to try on BATHING SUITS and it was FRIGGIN' FREEZING here...Was sooo glad I did though!! Practically LIVED in my bathing suit tops the whole time I was there! We'd drive with the top down...go hiking...go swimming...check out some "unknown" beaches...drive the island..and that SUN!! HELLO??? The Sun Is To Die FOR BABY!! ;D I'm hopin' in your luggage girl!

Good God, Lisa! 70?! Wow...send some of it my way, wont'cha? LOL. Wasn't too bad out today...don't know what the exact temp was, but seeing the sun out was nice and not having a bitter breeze was also nice. But after tomorrow they are calling for more rain in the forecast...poohey! We have already had a bunch of flooding in Maine, and there are still flood watches going on. Yuck...glad I don't live right nearby any rivers or etc...that would be one giant mess if it flooded. Last time there was a major flood here was the Flood of '87...I was about a year old. Julie P.S.-Lisa...I have some wicked exciting news to tell ya about (has to do with an e-mail I sent to my sister last night!!). Maybe talk with ya later...but got to go study for tomorrow's U.S. History Test and do some Algebra homework.... |

Yepper Di, is the BEST!!!!! ;D I had my moon roof open yesterday, Trix and me went for a ride, YIPPIE!!!!! The nights and mornings are still chilly to me, can't wait for that to be done too.. Not buying anymore oil!!! LOL.. Everything up county is flooded out, very bad there.. Thank goodness it didn't happen in my area, there was some but not too bad, phewwwwwww... Well yesterday actually hit 80 here!! Of course I was inside most of the day working...and radiology has no windows (only lead walls!) so that sucked. Stuck in traffic coming home so I had my windows all down and Cher blasting from the radio...Can't beat it!...unless you have a Jaq convertible!! I am sooo jealouse Di! Suppose to be nice again today. I hope it keeps up for the weekend. Have to do some beading, so perhaps I can do it outside!

OMG..LMAO..that was funny...THe Fan..I know Girl? We were actually hot here!! I said to my husband.."Paul, got to fix the air conditioner in the van man!!"..lol..it's that hot here...today is beautiful in Illinois and now I'm fighting a cold...we have been getting 80 then dropping down to high 40's on and off all week...then some rain thrown in here and there...so fighting a bug...TELLING IT TO GO AWAY..and it's not listening!! Julie, It is raining and cold there? Have to say that it has been nice here but pretty darn chilly at night. Matt made the "too bad the rain is going to miss us, we really could use the rain" comment the other day..and I lit into him. After all the snow and cloudy days we have had I REALLY want some sunshine for a while!!! He is worried about the plants and grass but heck there is always the sprinklers...right!!!
