That's cool Di..  It's pretty chilly around here at night yet but they are calling for 70's soon.. Doesn't matter much to me I guess cuz I'm gonna sit in like a hermit while I'm off and not bother with anyone, people are getting to be a$$es around here again but that's nothing new either.. Soak up some sun for me..  Been stuck home today w/this sinus infection..agrrrrr..dr didn't put me on antibiotics cos he did scope test and was viral..he said it won't affect if viral so using over the counter stuff doing crap..only me..Still got ankle too boot..was feeling great for a few days but guess the running around last nite! LOL..was worth it though! LOL..Bring back some sand and sun from FL babe..Hawaii '06 babe.. |

weather SUCKS big time here this weekend!!!! Can't believe that last weekend it was 83 here in Michigan and this weekend it is snowing!  We have about 3 inches out there now and of course it is STILL coming down! Poor Matt is all upset because his flowers were all up and looked so pretty (first year that he actuallly had some tulips that the deer didn't eat! LOL). He went out yesterday and picked a lot of them to bring in the house, heck if they are going to die anyway, might as well enjoy them! This was way hard for him to do, because I have to fight with him all the time to get a "few" for the house! He loves his yard!! Can't wait to head out to California even though I hear it isn't to great there either. At least it doesn't snow...does it?  Well, guess I best quit complaining and start getting my sweaters back out of storage! Di, enjoy that sun shine in Florida girl!!! DEE |

Cold here too and rainy..only thing is then I don't feel guilty resting my ankle cos when it's sunny I wanna get out since I am by beach and then I don't rest it..Hopefully it will be sunny this wk..Have a safe trip out for those leaving before fri.. |

OMG Dee!! I thought of you!! I was in the SW Regional Airport in Fort Myers...waiting to leave ... and I hear delays...because of SNOW IN DETROIT!! I was like OMG!! Couldn't believe it....I get into Chicago..two hours later..and it was sooooo da*n COLD!! Froze our butts right off....they were not use to no 30 degrees!!! They were use to the hot sandy beach baby!! WTH?? Got home, after midnight, and I see all my tulips had bloomed...missed the whole darn thang!! LOL...its raining tulips at the May Ranch!! Cole had a baseball game and luckily it warmed up to 50's. Must have brought the sun with me Had a sweater and my Marco Hoodie on over it with Ear Muffs!! LOL...I was in denial!! What can I say??  ...B |

So sad, thought it would NEVER quit snowing! Started Friday, and was not too bad but snowed ALL day Saturday and we ended up with a foot of snow!!! Only good thing about it was that I did not get called in...guess people didn't want to drive to hospital in snow storm!!! Matt took some pictures of his poor tulips under all the snow. He is just hoping that they survive!

Awww Matt..I'm sorry buddy!! I know, cuz I got my tulips bloomin' all over the place!! Tulips EVERYWHERE...Looks so awesome!! Is the snow still there...or did it melt Dee?? We got only flurries in Chicago.

No, it stopped snowing here and most of it has melted but the tulips are so sad...they are all bent over and not sure if they will come back. The blooms are still there but most of the plants are laying sideways on the ground. Surprised that Matt hasn't went out and built little stands for them!!! He wants these flowers to bloom so bad!

Went to Pat's special olmpics meet yesterday and started out with Cher hoodie on and ended getting sunburned on my face!!! The weather here has been great! (Not as good as Sunny C but what the heck!) It was about 75 yesterday and today, Mom's day, it is going up to 78...so Great!!! And Di, Matt's tulips made it through all that snow, they are really pretty and still blooming away!!

Boy were the forecasters wrong for today..at least for the Long Island area..we beached it all day today:) AHHHHHHH..was so nice..got nice color today even:) YEA..hope it lasts a bit..was so nice..we walked along the beach a lot (yep wore the aircast though)..and watched all the windsurfers..kite surfers..football playing and frisbee goings on:) didn't wanna push any volley ball w/my ankle but was tempted..so opted for the o'l sunning:) AHHHH..felt so good! Weather just rocked today:)

Weather really crappy here! We had sun and than rain, with thunder and lightening. Than sun, than rain...etc. Didn't know weather to wear coat or not!!! Crazy Michigan weather!

Hey Dee...yep, we got the crappy crazy weather too in Illinois!! Soooo Freakin' Cold here! AND WE HAD BALL GAMES...I was a frozen popsicle by the time I got in...ALL WORTH IT...my Lil Babe Ruth WON both games!! Wyatt's team lost, but it was one of those awesome nail biters! It's got to warm up man! Want my top down on the Jag..and GET THAT SUN SHININ' ON MY FACE!

Congrats on your game wins DI! It is soo cold here I can not believe it. If it wasn't raining I would think it would snow. Our heater has been turning on the last couple of nights. I am REALLY ready for some sun shine and warmth!!
