That's good. I think he is divorced now. Maybe he and Cher will hook up again.

I was just thinking of Val not that long ago. Haven't seen him in anything lately. Wonder if he is still good looking?

I wish I had seen when they were on the Merv Griffin show way back before their TV show started. They really need to put together a DVD of all there guest appearances.

Rest in Peace Merv. What a great guy, he gave us Jeopardy (and that infamous theme song) and Wheel of Fortune. He also gave Sonny and Cher a second chance when they were trying to comeback. He needed someone to fill in while he was on vacation and they were picked, and the rest is history.

No Frank, you don't know me but Jan mentioned it was your birthday and I wish all Cher fans a happy birthday. And like Janet says I do go to Brooklyn to see my mom and family so maybe one day we will meet.

Wouldn't it be great if staying young looking was as simple as drinking a certain type of water, I'd drink gallons a day.

Cool!! Yes, the ocean is always very cold but we get used to it! Of course the Canadians think our part of the ocean is warm!

Oh Janet, I remember those days too. Nothing stopped me from watching the Sonny and Cher show. I remember my neighbor downstairs would come up with his dog while Cher was singing her solo and he would laugh and say his wife said this would be a good time to walk the dog (she didn't want him oogling at Cher). that used to crack me up.

Erika, I was referring to this comment you made
"sorry to the other members for the bit of negativity ", you don't need to be sorry for that because she is attacking you and every other Cher fan. That is why I am ignoring her remarks. I don't think you were negative at all. You said it well.

Ericka, do not be sorry, I had the same problem with DavidBarryFan on another site. I am choosing to ignore. We all know who the real fans are here. Dorothy

Janet, that is one thing I always liked about you, you look at all viewpoints and respect peoples views even if they differ from yours.

Oh, I never knew Cher sang a duet with Roger Daltry. How awesome that must have been!! Let me know if you ever track it down. I will do the same for you.

Well they certainly make an interesting pair. I loved him on Oz. Maybe it was more of a professional date, maybe Lee is trying to get Cher to be on Desparate Housewives too. I guess we will soon know if they are together or not.

He saw his shadow so we are doomed!!!! On a cheery note the news channel here played "I Got You Babe" when they were showing a tape about the groundhog in Puxatany (sp?). THat was cool.

Janet I think we don't want him to see his shadow. If he sees his shadow then he runs back in and there is six more weeks of winter, if he doesn't see his shadow then we should have an early spring. Either way let's hope for the early spring.

Thanks for Chering, Dann. I wish we knew more info about the album. Mostly I would like to know if it would be out in 2006.

I love in the previews where Chas says something about Gunnar being thin already and that he must die or something like that.

When Gunnar joined Celebrity Fit Club I thought I remembered his name from a Cher CD. Sure enough he sang on Who You Gonna Believe from the Love Hurts album. How about that for a connection. Also Bruce Valanch (sp?) has written material for Cher.

I stopped buying them years ago hoping they would go out of business, no such luck. Remember when they said Cher was bald and that was why she wore the wigs? That just cracked me up.
