I was disappointed that Crash won. I was happy to see Reese & George Clooney win and I am glad that Brokeback got some recognition. What was with the Pimp song winning best song? I think there needs to be a recount. I thought Dolly had that category won for sure!!!

Missed the whole show... Had to take Matt into the hospital for severe back pain. Spent about 6 hours there only for them to tell him that they think he had a kidney stone and he past it. I don't think he had, because he walked out of there the same way he walked in. Other than when they gave him lots of pain medicine and he finally got some sleep it was a total waste of time. I was happy to hear that crash won...I really liked that show! Hadn't even heard of it, but I borrowed it from my sister and really enjoyed it...I don't think it really got the publicity around here for people to know about it. Was happy that George won too, I did get to see a bit of his speech and I thought it was good. DEE

I was glad that Ang Lee won for Best Director, but I was bummed that BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN didn't win Best Picture... And Dolly Parton or Bird York should've won Best Song From A Movie...
By the way, did you know that Bird York's real name is Kathleen York and she is one of the co-writers of Cher's "What About The Moonlight"? I thought that was pretty cool....
If anyone is interested, I do have a copy of Kathleen's "demo version" of "What About The Moonlight"... This was the actual demo that Cher listened to when they were deciding what songs to record for the IT'S A MAN'S WORLD album... If you would like to hear it, send me an e-mail (BostonQ@aol.com), and I'll send it to you...
