For those who follow Madonna she is doin a NYC book signing on June 6th..I met her 2X in the past..she's actually very nice and pretty down to earth:) My friends and I met her when she was not "as big" in the 80s when we were in college..she performed at a local LI club Escapes we used to go to..with our black rubber bracelets she used to wear when Holiday and Physical Attraction was big! LOL:) And then again on one of her tours..we met her backup dancer once at the Hard Rock Cafe in NY and he got us back later on at the show..I gave my backstage passes to my Vegas buddy Daniel..he's a huge fan..I like her but I prefer her OLDER stuff more..the 1st 3 albums I thought were her best..Her newer stuff not as into..with the exception of Ray of Light...that rocked..but her other newer stuff didn't care for as much as her oldies..Like Where's the Party..Holiday..Dress u Up..Over and Over ( was not a big hit but god I love that song!)..Crazy for You..and all that good stuff..but my friends and I's all time fav is...Burning UP! Loved that..Enjoy to anyone going to her signing:) Sure it'll be in CA and all over?

Well Madonna surely isn't Cher, but she is pretty cool. It would be fun to go to one of her shows, even if just to say you got to see her. I like quite a bit of her stuff...but I agree that her older music is the best. Not so big for some of her new stuff.
I doubt she'll come to Maine or close to the New England area, but if she does I'd probably go!

I have seen several of her shows..loved em all but the tour before this present one. It was mega expensive..mega short and none of her old stuff she actually got booed in the back a few times..many left early around me..her best show I was at was the Like A Virgin tour in like 84 I think it was..was incredible
