Hey there. I was just wondering if there were any CYndi Lauper fans on here. (Duh, stupid ?. Hehe) Well, I am making Cyn a Fanbook, and I'm trying to get a lot of her fans to write little or long messages for it. So, if you are a Cyndi fan, and your intrested in helping up, either PM me, or email me. (vegasgirlnyny@yahoo.com) Next time she goes on tour, i'm going to give it to her. I made her one during the At Last tour, but not that many people signed it. So, thats why I'm doing this, this much in adavnce.

CYN ROCKS!! She's an Icon all her own! Like Cher said...She's not an Opening Act...She's a HEADLINER!! What a Woman...and she talked to PAM ON THE PHONE!! God Love her for that...giving her advice on Cancer meds...homeopathic care..all that...UNBELIEVABLY CARING!! Just love her to bits!! AH! lol so, if I go to NY agn , which part should I go to so that I can possibably see Ms. Cyn? How awsome would that be to just see her walking on the street. I would be like >>  hehe. Let' s see the times I met her was once in Greenwich Village here in NY..she was so laid back by herself too:) noone really went up to her but we immed did:) She was a doll...and another time my friend and I went to see Bon Jovi perform outside Letterman and there she was yellow hair and all..again not to many went up to her but my friend and I did..she was a doll again..so kind! And this nice older lady I used to work with saw her once at Central Park w/her husband and son..she didn't approach her cos she doesn't really follow her but said she was signing autographs and taking pics w/ppl and then me Gaby and a few others from this board as u will see in For the Fans Photos met her recently again when She performed outside the Today show and YEP SHE EVEN SPOKE TO OUR GOOD BUDDY PAM!!!!!!! HOW COOL IS THAT!!! SHE spoke to her quite a bit too and even then spoke to my friend Alison's mom for a while..was so funny!!!!! Remember Alison! LOL>>Hello Dorothy! That was the best!!!!!!! Nicest lady ever! U would love her to pieces..very down to earth! Sure she's a New Yorker baby! Was so mad I turned down my friend's offer for that 4th row at City Hall ..I was broke from Cher..upon seeing the DVD later on boy did I regret that one!!!!!!!! PS: If u search earlier in the boards u will see Pam's actual post after she s/w Cyndi too:) She was so excited |

OMG Janet...where is Alison girl?? Just told Gaby to say Hi to her. Sheri and I saw her at Winston Salem's show but didn't know her..then we saw her in the airport the next day!! That's when we met...The Cher World..is such a small world...it's like we all meet EVERYWHERE! Wayyy Cool!! If you talk to her...please tell her "hi" for me..is she going to the Bowl Janet?

Atlantic City Di..just saw u changed ur name to Reach the Stars..kewl:) I'd rather see her in LI anyways cos usually u get to meet her too and closer..I'd go to AC for Cher but don't know if I'd do the travel for Lauper..love her but she's always here in NY..either way can't do crap this yr! I dunno if she'll be in NY Linds sorry either way I am out this yr..too broke from Cher shows:( I was asked to see other shows by other artists this yr and can't:( May even have to pass on McCartney cos H Bowl wiped us blind:( Literally..Elton too:( oh well..price of being a diehard..But I know Cyn will be a rocking:) Check her website. We met great girls from her fan club at TODAY show..join maybe sure u will get all the inside Info:)? they said it's great! And got to meet her several times too:) Go for it |

Yeah I hear ya girl..us too...it's part of all that "Livin' In The Now!"..LOL Hawaii's our biggest right now...not only the trip but all the goods...eats...and fun that goes with it. It's Paradise...but you pay for it...  You 'd love Chicago..so so much to do..just like NY. Can't wait to take ya! Yeah, Wyatt wrote that note to Pam Janet...wasn't that touching? OMG I was like "Wyatt, I have to take a picture of that!" and He's like "MOM!"..."DON'T"..all embarrassed. But he did that all on his own while we were driving. He wanted to put it in the cd that I was putting in the casket with her...just was so touching. It was awesome too that he signed it from his brother and sister too. You know? The "Wy Man" Rocks! He really felt he knew Pam because she had been a daily topic of conversation since June of last year. He'd see a worried look on my face and always knew after I got off of the phone. The kids were awesome about our buddy...She was always all around us. |
