I just wish Cher would find us all here at this forum.. It would be soooooo excellent if she could just see the things we write and I wish she could see my websites dedicated to her.. Just one time is all I ask for.. Gosh, wish I could slip her a note in NY.. If I had a hat I would attach it and throw it to her in NY, LOL, I have no time to get a hat ready now, this time I procrastinated.. Now this is of major importance to me, does anyone know if I could see her at the busses in NY? I heard she comes in a Suburban Limo, which is correct? I'm starting to get all worked up now, the time is just ticking it will soon be here.. I had no luck last year in Hershey or Reading when I tried.. Some people can just find her like nothing and get a pic taken with her, I have seen it.. Now, where's the best place to see her? Can anyone please help me, be much appreciated..

From everything I have ever heard she is usually gone from the arena before Believe is done playing. While some people have met her, there is usually a promotion behind it, or the person met her through a "make a wish" type of thing. I recently saw a guy's story online about meeting Cher. In the story he mentions nothing of being Ill, but I know for a fact that he was, and that is how he met Cher.
I have read a few "bumped into Cher after the show" stories that just do not make sense. I believe the girls account of it happening in Russia, but these stories of meeting Cher hand "hanging out" with her are a little over the top.
I know I am no help, but enjoy the concert! Don't get so preoccupied with trying to meet her that you miss out on enjoying the concert!

I understand what you are saying Susan.. The one guy's story I read online was that he met Cher before the concert while she was going in and he yelled her name and then the guards let him get a pic with her.. It was a nice pic and you could see it was before the show cuz she had the hoodie on with that thing on her hair before she puts the wigs on.. He really got lucky there, meeting her that way.. I just wish something like that could happen for me is all.. But thanks, I will enjoy the show for sure, can't wait to go.. |

*Sigh*  It would be nice if Cher could come across this board and read some of the posts that we've written. Just imagine how nuts she would think we all are! Hehe. Ohwell. I don't think any of us are nuts at all... it's just that Cher is such a special person and we all love her to pieces. I wish I had adivce on the best way to meet up with her, but I'm in the same boat as you...I have no idea how. I guess it's just all in the name of luck for some of us. Maybe you're luck will be looking up for you when you go to the concerts...but like Susan said, don't worry about getting to meet Cher...just enjoy the shows. Sometimes they say that thinking or worrying about something that you want so bad will actually just ruin your chances of ever getting it, so try not to focus on wanting to meet her.  TTYL, Julie |

I was shopping. Didn't really buy anything. The Mall doesn't have single handsome intelligent guys either. Of course they wern't advertised in the weekly flier, so what did I expect?
Those ads are not cooperating. I would get rid of them, but the ads are what get us the board for free. ;D
At least we don't have any of those " devil, take over everyones computer " ads that ezboard has sometimes!

LMAO...nothing at the malls near me either. Well, the nearest mall is about an hour away so I don't even have anything around here...I;m in the boonies and all I have for stores nearby are Wal-Marts, K-Mart, and that kinda stuff...but no malls.

At one of the shows I was at, one the very few times that I had front row, this guy behind me 2 seats over to my left, got the surprise of his life during Believe. He had on the coolest hand made T-shirt with a portrait of Cher on it that may have been airbrushed. His friend made it for him. Anyway, during the song Jen came out and tried to get him to hear her and tried to hand him a small bag of Cher items telling him Cher wanted his shirt.
Well, he kept saying what?, What?.... so she motioned for him to come out of the row and she took him backstage! The pic on the shirt was awesome and one I had not seen like it before. Looked more like a current image or at least from her It`s A Man`s world area. When he came back out we asked him what happened?
He said Cher wanted to see his shirt and wanted it and he told her ok IF you sign all of these items for me! Cher did it too.... but let him keep the shirt as well.
Now.... I thought the guy was rather rude to make demands like that of Cher when he was SOOOOO LUCKY to be brought backstage like that and for Cher to stick around after Believe in order to see his shirt. If that had been me and I had bought a shirt at the merchandise tables to change into.... she would`ve had my shirt just like that! What an honor,man.
I think he probably spoiled the moment for her too, so she no longer wanted the shirt. I can see why. It would be one thing if he didn`t want to give it up because his friend made it, but what an added honor his artist friend would`ve had to know Cher loved his work so much and how he painted her image, that she wanted it and his friend got to met her because of it.
My friends and I left the arena thinking, just watch him sell the signed items she gave him on ebay now.
As you can tell, Cher is pretty observent from the stage and you never know just what will catch her eye, what she hears, or what she is told. All you can do is hope and pray someday the dream of your heart will come true and be very patient that what you believe you will receive eventually.

I do hope and pray Pam and that was some story.. You know what, timing is everything, and I missed it when Jeff saw Cher and Ebar on the side with the gifts and kids.. If I only wouldn't have been upstairs I would have been right there.. She really liked my sign, from my review, man, could have been the key if I would have been there earlier for her to see it.. I would have held it up for her plus I had a small gift that i wanted to get back to her.. I guess it wasn't meant to be, I don't know.. Thanks for chering that Pam..

I've said it before, Lisa....Cher may have seen this place, maybe not, but one way or the other, she knows we're here!
I live in a part of NJ where this is a mall about every three miles or so, but I've yet to see any of those single, intelligent, handsome guys in any store, let alone on sale yet. Maybe I'll try e-bay or amazon one of these days!

Well I give up..
Missed her twice now, if I would have been right there, it may have been different, who knows..
Looks like my touring days are over anyhow..
It blows how certain things happen the way it does..
I'm tired of hearing and seeing some devious things that people do just to meet or see her, I just couldn't lower myself to do that.. They think that they are winners but in the end if they think about the way they got there to do that, they are not..
Cher gives her attention to the fans and that's great, you know she can't do it for 5,000+ fans but she did acknowledge me a few times with signing and all so that's what I will take.. She is remarkable..

OMG..I'm reading this thread for the first time..because I've been so out of "DA LOOP"so long...being gone on vacation and all...and I come across a post from CHERUNIVERSE!!
