Sue..did u get that link I sent u..if not if u google cher convention 2008 it comes up as well..sorry guys I suck at computers..
The convention is tentatively Aug 11th and Aug 12th In Las Vegas..Sue when u can kindly paste/the link..thanks! CHER ROCKS!

Jan, Sheri, anyone plan on going? We will probably do Monday night and Tuesday day (the convention itself) but not sure about the Tuesday night dance party. Haven't gotten tickets for Cher on Tuesday, not sure if we are going to. May have to talk my sisters in to going that night. LOL!

Thx Sue for pasting atop the page:) ..The Convention staff always works so hard and do an INCREDIBLE job..wonderful ppl!..Hey Dee..umm unfortunately the 12th we can't:( We have the show that nite..however I see the dates are "tentative" still though I think right? .. We are booking our Aug flights I know after we return from the May trip to vegas..only cos I am overwhelmed now w/the medical bills..it's nuts from this dumb tendon tear in the knee/foot:( ...and all else..Hopin the dates get confirmed soon..sure they will:) !! Will be nice seeing everyone again:)

Well they finally announced the official dates and place. I guess it is at Ceasars Palace. Anyone going? We are thinking of going the 12th after the show and the 12th during the day for the convention itself. Keep me posted as to you may be going and which day.

We will probably do something like that as well only cos we got the actual show on the nite of the 12th..nice it's as Caesars ..I am especially glad cos got bad tear in my knee and not been walking at all:( Dr's don't want me going in May or Aug..but I told them it's Cher and well I am! LOL..Can't wait to see u Dee..I miss u

I wished I could go as well but I lost my Job/Career right after I got home from Las Vegas in May. I have never been to a convention before...Many many concerts but no convention. I REALLY hope that Cher actually shows up if not only for a few mins. That would show some gratitude towards all of us. Love ya all - and Jan get better please! - Darren

All the girls called texted and such from the convention..thx for all the well wishes guys and a super get well wish to Kim..heard ur having knee ordeal too now..what's w/2008 and knees man?  Here's to a speedy recovery for Kim too! I hear and must say congrats to my good holland buddy Erick..sheri told me Cher signed something for u:) YEAH!!! U deserve it and certainly traveled enough! So happy for u..Heard Cher didn't show at convention but heard it went really well..I think Sheri said about 75 fans or so showed? and the meet n greet went for 10 grand to the Fisher family:) Nice proceeds I heard were raised at the auction(s)..  ) Wish I could have gone..Darren u would lovvvvvvvvvvve the Cher Convention! All the convention workers put together a nice time !! ..The impersonators are the B E S T as well! Hopin Dee/Sheri or other fans can post some pics..many keep asking me where Sue is I don't know..as far as I know she's still running the site? not sure if she has to upload the pics or not or if u guys could do direct? I haven't heard from her? hope she's ok..Thx to Darren and all again for well wishes..I meet w/the scary surgeon again tomorrow..praying he removes the stitches:( My knee is swollen and painful still..but I realize it's not even a wk yet..praying it subsides..thank god for painpills |
