TEXT Hi Everyone, I'm new to the message board, and it's great to see that it is here.
I was just curious if anyone has ever gotten front row seats, or close to it, to a Cher concert? I loved the Farewell tour, and as I'm sure all of you are, I'm hoping it comes back to the states. I would give my right arm to get great seats. Does anyone have any hints on how I would be able to, or how you have in the past? Thanks for your input. ;D

Hello, I have gotten some good seats.. The best I had was from row 2 to 8.. Up to row 8 is really good.. I go to Ticketmaster, sometimes they have a presale, you can get good ones or bad ones, it depends what they have opened.. What I do is, set up your account with Ticketmaster first, so you can get all your info in before the sale starts.. Then I will wait about 15 minutes before the sale, I keep refreshing the page and then you will see when it's ready to begin and go for your tickets.. Most of the times, if you get 1 ticket, you get a good seat, I went by myself 3 times, had good seats.. Hope this helps, hope she comes back to the US too, I can't wait any longer for some news, LOL.. ;D

I got second row for the Phoenix show last September through e-bay, so the tickets are out there, if you're willing to pay for them... I have had bad luck with ticketmaster, but I know there are times that it is great for people too... You can try camping out at the venue, too, but that sometimes works, and sometimes not. I tried that for the Phoenix show and ended up getting seats up in the sides, not even floor seats. I just sold those and bought the 2nd row ebay seats. So, I guess it all depends on your luck... I would try ticketmaster first and if that doesnt work, there is always ebay, and sometimes you can find some pretty good deals.

I've seen the show 5 times. the first 3 times, I had good seats, 12th row, 8th row, and 5th row. Those I got from ebay, at fairly reasonable prices. the last 2 times i saw her in Las Vegas, and I got those tickets through ticketmaster, and they were kinda bad seats for the money they charged for them. maybe 10 rows from the BACK of the floor. I have 3rd row seats for the first London Show, and 4th for the second. I got those through ebay as well. I'm really hoping she comes back to the US, because it's my dream to see her in New York at the garden.

I've had front row before. I camped out all night in front of the Worcester Centrum with a friend, not knowing that you needed wristbands anyways to purchase a ticket and of course I didnt have one, so I was there all night for no reason, ended up getting crappy seats, so I went on ebay and bought front row for 600 dollars LOL....=) the things we do for our girl!

Out of 13 Farewell shows, I've been luckiest on ebay. I've had 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc, rows from the stage. She wore my sailor hat 3 times. ;D The first time was the ULTIMATE Chergasm for me. I was so happy I cried. Pathetic !!!!!!
I even got my Prince tickets from ebay. Be sure to check feedback. I've never had any problems buying tickets on ebay. With this new "wrist bracelet" and "lottery" system they have going, you could waste a lot of time and end up with crap seats.
The whole ticket thing sucks, I hate spending $300 for a $75 ticket, like anyone else, but we do it cuz we are Cheraholics. And there is no cure for us. Well, maybe a "Neverending" concert could take care of our Cher Withdrawls!!! ;D Yvette

Thank you all for your responses. What is the wristband thing all about? I've never heard of it.
