ohhhhh, Jan shame on you!!! I haven't been tooo bad lately but I did buy a pumpkin pie yesterday and of course PIE is my downfall. What the heck was I THINKING!!!! Anyway just want to say to all....HOPE EVEYONE HAS A GREAT THANKSGIVING. I am not cooking (let me rephrase that...Matt is not cooking) this year, we are heading out to his brothers; which is nice but also means no left overs. Pat is having his wisdom teeth pulled out the day after Thanksgiving so that really sucks for him and is def cutting into my shopping time! Poor guy will have to chow on Thanksgiving cause not sure what he will be able to eat the next day. DEE |

I know I went mega downhill since I injured my back..Orthopedist (2nd opinion one)found a small spur and he said that's what's making the pain last so long..it's impingeing on my sciatica nerve:( Blows..so in addition can't exercise now..so hard to diet..plus all the junk at work..we still got Halloween candy floating around Dee..it's nuts !!!!!!!!
