Thanks Di for the encouraging words, I really do love to exercise (step arobics and weigts), my thing is just getting my butt up to do it! Once I am doing it and than done I really feel good, i just always make to many excuses. As Cher said you might as well make friends with exercise. Jan the carribean idea sounds great!! but would def have to be when things calm down financial wise. I found out about a new diet website where they chart for you and tell you how much you will way if you keep eating the way your chart saids. It really sounds like it gives you a lot of info. It is $9 a month but heck ww is more than that. The site is www.myfooddiary.com, there is a girl at work who is using it now and she loves it. Thought I may check it out. DEE

I do much better when I keep a food and exercise journal. I keep it in an actual notebook, but it really helps. I would find me trying to out do myself with the miles or reps I did. Whenever I felt like giving up I would think of someone who hadn't been very nice to me and then I would keep going because I knew it would irk them to see me thinner than they were Susan

OMG...this is too funny. Susan...I just started a journal for my workouts just now, then got online and read your post!! LOL..My son, Wyatt, got me a Beatles Date Book for Christmas, and that's going to be my workout book. Wished it was a Cher one...WHOHOO!! Man, that would really rock. Hmmm, great idea for those computer magic wizards out there..hehehe....making and selling CHER JOURNALS... ;D What incentive right there!! But yeah...great idea to "outdo" yourself. Never thought of it that way...and I like that idea a lot! YOU LITTLE MOTIVATOR YOU!! Di
