Di, I HATE people who talk through a show! It makes you soooo made...also hate when they kick your seat the whole time, even had once where they put their feet up on the back of my chair up by my neck, could have killed them. You are right, some people just don't have any respect.
Lisa, heck no I DID NOT see texas chain saw (the new version) I did see the original and I had nightmares for days. Nick saw the new one and he said it was REALLY gorey with the hook that they hung people on...and they were still alive or something. No thank you, I AM A BIG CHICKEN!!!

I just saw Nanny McPhee and loved it.It's a must see!
Colin Firth[love him] and Emma Thompson[who wrote the screenplay]were great.

Well, I finally saw "Walk the Line"! I had read both Johnny Cash autobiographies, and I thought they could have done a better job with the movie itself.... the story never follows the real timeline, you know? They always gotta chop things up and move 'em around. The PERFORMANCES, tho', totally rocked, and I just couldn't believe what a great on-screen chemistry Joaquin and Reese had... they really did a phenomenal job! I wanna get the soundtrack! LOVE them doin' "It Ain't Me, Babe".... WHOA!!! Well worth the price of admission.

no thank you very much Lisa! You are a funny girl! I can't stand gory movies....may have to see when a stranger calls, though. I am such a chicken that I waited until skeleton Key came out on video to see it so that I could fast forward any gory parts....it was a good movie though.

Failure to Launch with SJP & Matthew opens Feb 10th I can't wait to see it! Kathy Bates is in it too as Matt's mom, she is always fun.

My co worker loved Capote but I don't know if I trust her judgement though! LOL..cos sev movies she loved I just hated..and vice versa..I can't wait for SJP one to come out already..dyin to see that one

Actually I didn't feel like spelling hottie Matt's last name but it's HIM I can't wait to see! LOL..SJP is cool though..love Sex and the City..met her a few times too..really down to earth..so nice..my co worker I used to work with in Manhattan saw her 2X w/her baby..said she seems like a great mom too:)

Last week I went to see Brokeback Mountain and loved the movie. The 2 shirts at the end had me reaching for the kleenex.  I just couldn't stay home on valentine's nite - it was a "Moonstruck" moon - it was huge early in the evening & just beautiful to see! So I went alone to see "FIREWALL" - AWESOME movie! I've got a brand new "CinemaWorld" theater close by and on Tuesdays it's only $5, all day. The only time I went to see movies at a theater was with Ericka (the movie queen) or Alexandria, but I think for five bucks I'll treat myself and go every Tuesday. |

Hey buddy...I saw Pink Panther...and it STUNK!!  I was bored silly..but the kids loved it!! One of the worse movies of the year for sure!! UGH!! I wanted to see WALK THE LINE again instead....but I got ruled out..lol! |

I saw Capote and LOVED it... hate to say it, but he is gonna walk away with the best actor Oscar... REALLY want Heath to get it but I betcha Hoffman gets it for Capote. Only Best Picture nominee I gotta see now is Good Night and Good Luck, playing right near me, so maybe in the next few days.
If you love horror, I saw Final Destination 3 and it was a lot of fun! If you like the first two, which I did, you'll love this one. The death sequences are great, really suspenseful, and that first 15 minutes is always the best! The rollercoaster ride was TERRIFYING! The subway ride at the end will make you think twice about riding a train ever again!

We rented Northcountry w/Charlize Theron..orig I had no desire to see it "thought" it'd be boring..but then we kept hearing how great it was..so we rented it..WOW was I wrong..she ROCKED in it..and gosh was such a moving movie..I loved it..she's a really good actress..such diversified roles..and knowing it was a true story too boot..wow real good..Also saw Failure to Launch I loved it cos I love Matthew McC. ...one of my friends hated it..not surprised she hates Cher..no taste..my other friends though loved it.Just Heard Wedding Crashers 2 gonna be out soon..Hope they don't ruin the sequel..the way Meet the Parents rocked and sequel was just so so..Also saw new Johnny Depp one The Libertine..was good..and 8 Below..eek that was kinda sad at the end...

Megen and I saw Man Inside w/Denzel last nite..was excellent..even better than expected..we did chinese..yummmm...movies..chered fun fun till a bit after 5am..I was up 24 and 1/2 hrs as I worked yesterday..It's now 8:30 and we're off to NYC soon to meet everyone..can't wait..Cher energy baby!  )) NEXT N.Y.C. gathering is Cher's b'day mo. of course..the big 6 0 ...Kris..u and I will be pre celebrating our b'days today baby!
