Anyone seen this new show on A&E? It is all in the news and has broken records at A&E for any new show in the history of A&E I think. I`ve gotten hooked on the show and I now have one of my Cher friends hooked on it too.
The reality show (just a half hour on Mondays at 8:30 pm CT) is John Gotti`s daughter Victoria Gotti rasing her 3 "Hell On Whells" teenage sons in a massive house in NY. She wanted people to realize she works a job just like anybody esls and doesn`t run a crime family. That is why she is doing the show. She actually works at the Star magazine!
The cartoon opening to the show is very cool. They are in characture form as she sings "These Boots Are Made For Walking". She has her hands full with those boys, let me tell you. Sometimes it is so funny I crack up too, but at the sametime she is a good mom and does her best to control them and is as tough as nails at home and work.
In one show she wanted a guy she knows to get her pool cleaned out and up and running, but just the basics. What was the cost going to be? Since they seem to know eachother pretty well, she had made an off handed comment about thinking she may have put on a little bit of weight. He made the BIG mistake of agreeing with her and watching him try to get out of this with each WRONG passing word out of his mouth was hysterical!
Also funny was one son going OFF when his brother used up all of his hair gel on graduation day and Victoria going out on a date with a hunky younger man she had doubts about.... only to have him show up late on camera no less. See her blew him out of the water over that and saying he had nothing between the ears.
Where is the boys' father? Her X is behind bars our newspaper says, and if her dad was still alive she says the boys would disrespect her only once and that would be it.
Try to catch the show at least once and see what you think if you like this kind of thing. I`m not much into reality shows except for forensic true crime solving stuff, but this show is a trip. She trys so hard.
